  3) We will not link pages with more than 2 banners or 3 click-thru text links.
  4) No Numeric ISP #'s
  5) Do NOT submit the same page or url twice. Make a new page if you want to resubmit.
  6) Thumb pages must have atleast 15 pics (or 5 movies) per page.
  7) Please don't send pages that have the words "NEXT" "MORE" "GALLERY 2" "PAGE 2" etc...
